A: A Residence Permit for Studies is required for non-EU/EEA students staying in Denmark
for over 90 days. It’s issued by the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and
Integration (SIRI) after securing university admission and demonstrating sufficient financial
means. It also permits students to work part-time.
